Hi, I’m Margo.
A sports enthusiast, lover of colors, passionate communicator, fiercely compassionate listener, loyal friend, coach, companion, and expert people leader.
I live in San Francisco and am the proud mama of two beautiful black labradors. When I’m not walking the hilly landscape, enjoying the ocean and all the great food the Bay offers, you can catch me nerding out on my favorite NBA, NFL, and MLB teams.
The night before my first day of kindergarten, I woke up worried about whether I had the right crayons to bring to school.
In college, it was whether I had the right sweater. Like many of us, I have lived a life that has asked me to stretch beyond my preconceived responses and beliefs of what was right or expected to chart a new path of greater authenticity and vulnerability courageously.
For me, that has included leaving a marriage I had outgrown, walking away from a defined career path and into a journey of self-exploration that led me from a Vision Quest in the canyons of Utah to walking the Camino de Santiago in the rolling hills of Spain and so much more.
Through all the twists and turns of my journey, as I learned to claim the full spectrum of my colors more fully, I’ve learned that courage is fear walking. That uncertainty comes with change. We are a kaleidoscope of different hues, and our complexity is our strength.
The exploration of my path has led me to support others in gaining access to what is possible for them. I’ve done amazing things, and been courageous in difficult places, personally and professionally. I can do the same for YOU!
